Khaosan Road, Bangkok

Khao San Road, Bangkok

Khaosan Road is a well-known area for dancing and partying, mainly for backpack travelers. It's a very handy and easy because the moment you step out of your hotel/hostel, you have food stalls everywhere, so you can have a cooked meal in less than five minutes at a very cheap price, with a load of choices. From Local Thai food to insects, there is even european food but that is for pussies

Another good thing about it is that the river is very close by. There you can get a local or tourist boat to any part of town you want. I would advise you to get the local one; it's 10 times cheaper, and you get a way funner experience.

The thing I probably like the most about Khaosan Road is the joy and happiness the people take to you. Thai people are so sweet, happy and welcoming; it is very difficult to see a Thai Pearson without a smile on his face.

Where to stay???

Rambuttri, Bangkok

Every time I go back there, the stall owners recognize me and always come and welcome me back!

We usually stay in an amazing hotel close to Khaosan called Rambuttri Village.

The place is not only amazing and well-kept,and the best part of it is that you meet travellers from all over the world, and you make many friends, sharing travel experiences and advice with others.

So if you will ever go to Bangkok, if there is any place you would need to stay at, it's Rambuttri Village. Click on the image on the right to see the pictures of Rambutti Village, so you can see how amazing it is.
